EPTI acquires shares and becomes the majority owner of the SaaS company Moblrn

EPTI has signed an agreement to acquire 34.73 percent of the shares in Moblrn, which is a SaaS platform for e-learning and reaches majority ownership.

EPTI (“EPTI” or “the Company”) has today signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of shareholdings of 34.73 percent in MOBLRN – Mobilized Learning AB (“Moblrn”). The EPTI Group already owns 15.30 percent in Moblrn and thus achieves an ownership of 50.03 percent after the transaction. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 2.6 million with an additional purchase price of SEK 0.8 million where EPTI finances the acquisition with cash.

Moblrn is a digital SaaS platform that offers a complete solution in e-learning & communication within a mobile application. On the platform, you can create and publish digital training for both employees and customers, without the need for previous technical knowledge. Moblrn currently has four employees. The largest customer is Saint-Gobain with brands such as Weber, Gyproc, Isover & Norton and has previously launched Moblrn’s platform in more than 30 countries. Other customers include, for example, Orkla Health and OKQ8 / Q8 Oils. Moblrn’s ARR for the year 2021 amounts to SEK 3.7 million, which corresponds to an ARR growth of 85% from the previous year.
